0 Hey guys,
I'm having troubles with my rush tank solo.
My problem is that sometimes for no reason I'm aware of, it stops working and the lights on the buttons stop working too.
While it's not working, it makes a continuous "bbbzzzz" sound.
I've opened it to check the voltage and when i touch different places on the board, the voltage doesn't exceed 1.3 volts.
All that already happend to me before and after a while it worked again.
If someone could help me, it would be great.
Thank you

118 The Rush Tank Solo can take vbat voltage and mine remains quiet all the time.
Did you check if the connector or pins are loose?
The buzzing sound might be an onboard regulator defect. Not a good sign.

0 The cables aren't loose and the voltage is there. It's indeed wired to vbat (capacitor for that one ). So far as i know, it is quiet when it works but when it doesn't, it makes that noise. Last times when it stopped working, it was good again after half an hour but this time it's not.

103 show us a picture of your wiring pls
i would put the two vtx wires plus and minus directly into a lipo connector and see if it does the same on an own powersource.

11 22-Mar-2022, 03:54 AM (This post was last modified: 22-Mar-2022, 04:45 AM by Rob3ddd.) Be sure the locking lever locks on connector into place.
Mine will not click into place unless I push down on the tiny lever after I push plug in firmly.
Sometimes I hear and feel mine click in when it locks into place.
If you are getting voltage then it’s not the plug but I thought I’d mention the way mine wasn’t locking in.
Post pictures so others can look at your work.
It’s easy to get wires mixed up and/or a cold solder joint.
What previous post said is a good start.
Using a separate LiPo to power up vtx will eliminate power source issues.
