I had the TH2 freestyle RTF but then I had crashed it on a tree and it been stealed the day after, so now I have the emax E6 radio that has d8 protocol.
Since I already had a RC I've bought the radiomaster r81 rx to fly with the GEPRC Phantom.
I have tryed for the first time to take it to the air but it won't complete the binding process: it reach the point 2 (of the binding instruction on the R81 manual) without problem but after had shut down and power again the quad instead of showing a red light (that means it's binded) it shows an intermittent blinking red light (on the Rx).

Anyone knows what could be the problem?

You are bound. Your problem is weird. I have not seen anything like this.

Yeah, I'm confused too. Radiomaster tell me that's a generic compatibility issue, but they're not sure, in fact they cannot test their receiver with all the radio on the market, and Emax haven't answered yet, even after a week. I probably gonna buy an Eachine tx16s that's a better radio (and sooner or later I would have bought it) hoping that's a radio issue.

Were you ever able to resolve this? I have the exact same problem as you are having and am losing my mind.

I have exactly the same issue... Binding was successfully without problem... but in Betaflight (transmitter TAB) everything is very strange...
So if you find the solution, please share with us and if I foind anything I share with you.

When you say everything is strange, do you mean the stick movements are out of order? Did you try another channel map?

I move the sticks and nothings change but suddenly, the values changes from left to right / min to max (i.e. the throttle)... Yes, I've changed the map channel but that not solve the problem...

What radio are you using? Did you run the stick calibration in OpenTX?

Hi, the Emax E6 and the Taranis X9 Lite... booth are functionnaly but maybee can I re-calibrate the E6 (not using for a while).
Maybe I have to update the XJT module...? I will try...
