Any info on building a Quadcopter size of 20.5 inch frame span?

I'm still new at this myself but I think drone size is either rated by the size of the prop or the wheelbase which is usually rated in mm so 20in is roughly 500mm, so maybe the Tarot. The Tarot Is a popular build, its got six props and a little bigger than what you were looking for but very reliable, also more expensive. In the $600's for a full kit. But if you're looking something a little less expensive I found this kit on Amazon for a reasonable price.
