Potentially burnt SBUS pad
#1
Hello,

I recently built my first quad.
I am using mamba stack F405 mk2 with last firmware flashed.
I picked the receiver xm+ working well and bound to my taranis qx7.
Everything is working fine except the sbus port.
The betaflight "receiver" section is not showing any of my taranis stick input...
I really have no idea where the problem can be.
Do I need any driver ?
(I downloaded Impulse RC Driver Fixer in order to fix any missing driver problem)

I attached the betaflight dump.

So, here is my question:
Is there any way in betaflight to see if a pad is working ? Potentially show the binary input from the pad ?
I consider buying another FC but I want to be sure the current one is the problem.
Has anyone ever had the same problem ?  Huh
If you have any clue or if you see anything I could have missed, you'd be welcome helping me.

Thank you for having read.
(sorry for my english btw, it's not my native language  Rolleyes )

EDIT: I tested my SBUS wire from my RX using an arduino, the wire is transmitting data... It seems like the problem is definitely in the FC. I don't know if I can use another UART since the SBUS is the only inverted RX on the mamba F405

We can’t see your CLI dump. Try pasting it here.

You do not need any drivers to fix this issue as its a communication issue between the FC and RC receiver.

If you have another spare UART, you can get an un-inverted sbus signal from the XM+:

No need to buy another FC.

If you have something like an ISDT BG-8S battery checker or one of the ToolkitRC MC8 / ST8 / M6 / M7 / M8 / M8S / M9 devices which all have SBUS output measuring capabilities, you can test the actual output signal of an SBUS receiver. If you are lucky enough to have an oscilloscope you can also use one of those as well.

I eventually did what kafie1980 recommended my FC was getting in a very bad state since I manipulated it so much to find a solution. (I have maybe solder at least twice every pad Sad ). That's why the usb port stopped working.
It finally seems like this FC was a crash test x)

SnowLeopardFPV, I unfortunately not have any of the compoment you mentioned. But it will probably help someone else that does !

Thank you for having helped me. I set the post solved !
