not getting enough lift
#1
HI All,

Just finished building a 5" andI don’t seam to be getting any good punch out when full throttle, my drone with a battery is about 475g and I have 2208 motors which should be enough, when I full throttle it seams like if the motors aren’t spinning enough is there any limit or anything that could effect this ? I’ll attached my dump file and diff files. The only thing I can thnk of which I may have changed was the TPA breakpoint to 1350 but have now changed it back to 1650 but doesn’t make any difference, i'm going to reflash the fc and see if that makes any difference. If not im stuck at the min so any ideas would be welcome.

The stack im using is = http://www.holybro.com/product/kakute-f7-mini-v3/
and https://www.unmannedtechshop.co.uk/produ...ating=2450 in the 2450kv which should be enouth power.

thanks in advance.

The kv is 2450 https://www.unmannedtechshop.co.uk/produ...ating=2450
And they are on 4s tattu, I’ve just noticed the throttle limit was on 50% on the motor output limit on the scale factor option in the pid tab going to try it later today

it should hoover on about 30% throttle, 50% should be still enough to fly.
if you didnt set the outputlimit by yourself, i would suggest to reflash the firmware to hide any additional software bug.

Figured it out I edited the motor output limit to 100 now I’ve got full power ? never had to edit that before all my other where full power straight away

the default is 100%, it was changed or its a bug. i would reflash the firmware, to hide any additional bug issue.
