nice! i tought i messing this thread with my strange suggestions :-)
when i had this on my butterflight build, there was also d-term value on yaw, intressting it was yaw, gave me reason why it happened on my build.
buddy flew more heavy racers up to 350g+ in the past, he changed to lightweight frames and had p-term related oscilations on maidenflight, he wont mention on p-term because he boosted them up normaly. i could bring him to decrease them, he actualy has p value of about 25 and fantastic performence. he has some 1900kv t-motors on it seems close to yours. very powerfull torqy settups does need lower pid values. i had some very old motors, one of the first 2207 motors back than, they was very very torqy, not a high topend but power! i got d values of under 10 and p-values under 20 - it was very strange to me, specialy that i even found and tryed that low pids. it flew very nice with that values, i was impressed. this was on bf3.5
