0 11-May-2024, 09:48 AM (This post was last modified: 12-May-2024, 06:19 AM by quadbee.) Hi,
finally I got my Mob6 2024 analog and my first observation was a really poor camera quality and diagonal white lines when the motors are running.
Has anyone else recognized this as well or did I get a bad model?
Thanks!

42 Can you double check what video channel you are running on? Don't use the autoscan function (on any analog google) as sometimes it will pick up frequencies' harmonics, get confused that is the correct signal and stay on that channel. It might be on another channel. Try going through the channels on the goggles manually to find the proper signal.
Given what you describe, they sound related. Maybe it is a bad model.

0 There would be 2 possible solutions for the problem with the diagonal lines interferences in my opinion. The first one is to shorten the camera wires as much as possible and the second one would be to add a capacitor either between the power lines of the cam and/or between the signal and the minus line of the camera wires. Unfortunately I don´t dare to solder on this tiny little bird and don't know which capacitor would be the right one. If anyone is braver and wiser than me, I would highly appreciate to hear from the results. ;-)

0 I think you're right about needing a capacitor but it should be added in parallel with the battery wires, not the camera wires. Although that doesn't help if you're not comfortable soldering one on. In my experience, lines in an analog video feed were eliminated by adding a capacitor.
