mobula 7 problem, total noob here, need help
#1
Hi Folks, first post. First FPV drone

I've tried to do this myself with youtube but have hit a brick wall

I have bought a radiomaster zorro(ELRS), mobula 7(ELRS) and some second hand fatsharks.

Ive got betaflight, linked it to the drone, succesfully bound the reciever and controller and also the goggles.

I got the rotors turning once, dont know what I did different, used until battery died and wont respond since. Batteries defo charged.   LEDs are on,  I altered the arm setting in modes to reduce it down.

Am losing the will to live now, any advice out there......

When you plug the drone into Betaflight, what arming disable flags are shown on the right side of the setup screen? What is shown in the OSD when you try to arm?

MSP is the disable flag.

OSD showing disarmed.  Controller is saying armed...

It won't arm on USB power. Has to have a Lipo plugged in.

Plug a Lipo in and make sure you have a usb/small fan pointed at the drone or you run the risk of overheating the FC or VTX. Then set the throttle to zero and try to re-arm. If you aren't taking the props off, do not touch throttle after arming, just confirm the props spin and disarm.

Another possibility, that may or may not be the problem, is if you run a battery down to the point the drone runs completely out of power. I read somewhere that can wipe out the BF settings, in which case you would need to reapply the diffs for it.

Oh and screenshot the modes page and let us see what you did to it.

I'm not sure what this means, but for ELRS Arm must be set to AUX1 high. Can you show your modes tab?

If you want to change your arm switch position, invert the output on the mixer tab in your radio.

Set your arm switch to match the picture I posted. Aux 1 is only a 1 bit channel in ELRS (1000 or 2000), so it can never fall into the range you currently have set for arm.

Do you see any stick movement on the Betaflight Receiver tab? For the sticks and Aux switches?
