Get one that does 1S and 2S, is my only advice. 1S is good for inside and while you initially learn to fly. But once you get to flying outside you will reach the limitations of 1S pretty quickly.

If those are the only possible options, then the Meteor75 Pro. It is more powerful than the Mobula. 1102 22000kv motors vs 0802 20000kv motors on the Mobula. Which will translate to more power when flying outside.

Get the ELRS version if you are getting one.

If you mostly fly indoor, I'd get the Mobula. If you want to fly outdoor mostly, I'd get the 75 Pro Smile
On the Mobula I'd also recommend upgrading the battery connector to BT2.0 for better performance.

Note also that the Mobula7 receiver is SPI, while the Meteor75 Pro is serial (UART).

Those two types update and bind with completely different processes.  Read up on them.  There is a lot of information out there.

I personally prefer serial (UART) after struggling mightily with a Mobeetle6 SPI elrs update.

voting for happymodel quality over betafpv quality :-)
betafpv does bring a huge bottleneck by a "proprietary" rotorsize - there is no choice: no frame choice, no rotorchoice....
there isnt a reason for me to go with that size as we have many options for rotors and frames on common 75mm or on 85mm if we like to go bigger faster and fight against some wind.

the mobula7 while make you smiling :-)
spend some money for decent batteries, some tattus, high crated gnb or some dogcom - the batterie happymodel put in the pack are very bad

Mobula 7 has ESC 12A. Meteor has ESC 5A. Mobula has onboard VTX.
