They look really cool but they're not very efficient. The response isn't as good as a 3 or 4 blade prop. 08-Jun-2016, 07:27 PM Reminds me of an old MADtv razor blade commercial 08-Jun-2016, 10:59 PM LOL Trollhammered, that video is so funny IMO 6 blades except giving you massive amp draw it won't do anything else if you feel like your flight time is too long, then consider using hex blade today "for 1806 motor..." LOL EDIT: I think if You cut off the blades You can still use it in Your RC car Find me on Youtube and Instagram. I currently fly: DRC Aura, NOX5R, Minimalist 112 and drive a scrap RC car 08-Jun-2016, 11:42 PM 09-Jun-2016, 01:24 AM If you cut every other one off you can have Tri blades it works I've tried it 09-Jun-2016, 02:23 AM 09-Jun-2016, 04:24 PM 09-Jun-2016, 04:38 PM (09-Jun-2016, 04:24 PM)Fpv flyby Wrote: it is way Overkill. They're all just for show. I ordered some. I didn't like them. They are battery killers. So I made Tri blades out of them. I will never buy those again yah I bet, you were probably getting that less responsive feel cause it was taking longer for your motors to spin them back up once you finished a moved and tried to throttle back up. 09-Jun-2016, 05:10 PM (09-Jun-2016, 04:38 PM)JimmyLe813 Wrote: yah I bet, you were probably getting that less responsive feel cause it was taking longer for your motors to spin them back up once you finished a moved and tried to throttle back up.that's so true. My split s was sloppy. Responsiveness was CRAP. Think I'll stick with my trusty tri blades. 09-Jul-2016, 03:38 PM I read in some forum post that people were getting these and then breaking off 2 blades to end up with a V on either side and there were supposed to be working well, but I think I will stick with my tri blades. I haven't even tried the 4 blades, so I'm no where near 6 blades. |
