6 The Futaba transmitters do not support bidirectional CRSF. You can not receive telemetry data. ELRS for LR without telemetry data is pretty useless for me. I had to buy a TX16S that supports bidirectional CRSF, even though I already had two Futaba transmitters.

101 Yes, this was always the case running CRSF on Futaba.
I did get the guy to turn his comments back on lol. It seems to be plug and play pretty much other than needing an OpenTX radio to update the firmware and change power settings on the micro module.

101 Yes, I've been running 500mw fine with no issues to module or flight performance. I tend to run 200mw though since the battery does drain a little faster on 500mw. I think that's actually a TBS Crossfire module failsafe that it won't power past 500mw if there is no external lipo plugged into the XT30 port. It will default back to 500mw if its set higher and powered on without an external lipo. Personally, I feel no noticeable difference in control link performance between my Futaba using Crossfire and my Tango 2.

786 The full size Crossfire modules can run up to 1W of power without an external LiPo connected to it. It is only if you go to 2W that you then need the external battery hooked up. Running 1W of power using just the internal transmitter battery will obviously drain the battery quite fast so just keep that in mind if you decide to do that.

0 Hi man!
It’s me again, I was wondering where did you get the special Futaba servo connector from? From my understanding their servo connector is a bit different than a “normal” one and it has like a small notch in the side. I can’t seem to find one online. Can you suggest any links where I can buy one from or maybe like one arrives with the radio when you purchase it.
Thanks in advance

0 Also is there a way to turn off the internal 2.4Ghz transmission when using crossfire? just to save some battery so it won’t transmit for nothing.
