Flashing problem
#1
I recently bought mobula7, and I wanted to update firmware. But before flashing I've chosen f3 version, while my fc is f4.

I tried to use impulseRC driver fixer which didn't detect my fc.

What should I do to fix it?

Hold the bootloader button in on the flight controller board while connecting the USB cable. That will put it into DFU mode and allow you to flash the correct F4 firmware to it.

Try another USB cable in case the one you're using is faulty, and make sure it's a data cable because some USB cables are only designed to charge and don't have the data pins connected.

I tried 3 cables, they are data cables because I even flashed the wrong firmware with one of them.

You're definitely holding down the boot button aren't you and not the bind button when you plug in the USB cable? You can see the location of the boot button on the Mobula 7 Crazybee F4 Pro flight controller in the image below. You need to be holding that button in and keeping it pressed in while you plug in the USB cable. You should feel it sort of click as you press it. Only let go of it once you have the USB cable fully plugged in.

Once you've put the flight controller into boot mode you should get a new "Universal Serial Bus device" appear in Windows Device Manager called "STM32 BOOTLOADER" as per the image below (courtesy of Voodoo from another post). Are you definitely not seeing this?
