Grab an Omnibus F3 from readytoflyquads.com A lot of people have bad luck with customer service there but I haven't had to deal with it and it ships super fast from Florida. I live in Indiana and usually get the FC in 2 days.
I have the Omnibus in my zmr and love it. The onscreen display is super easy to use and you can't go wrong with the price. Also just use Betaflight there really is no reason to use Cleanflight.

What kind of Spektrum RX are you using?
If it uses the old PWM interface, with one wire per channel, you will not be able to use it with the Omnibus flight controllers, or most modern flight controllers for that matter.
The Omnibus boards are pretty good and I've used several (mostly F3) in my builds. If you're not planning to do any FPV, buying a flight controller with an integrated OSD, like the Omnibus, would seem unnecessary.

Thank you for the recommendation and where to buy.

The RX is a DSM2.
I need to determine if it has interface as you mentioned and if so get an appropriate RX. Thanks for this mention.
As the FC has OCD that I won't be using can you please suggest another board?

Thanks fro your reply to my typo. I just had a good laugh after reading it.
Since you are already tied to Spektrum (me too), I would go with the lemon-rx diversity satellite receiver. It's both dsm2 and dsmx compatible. I have several and they work great! (and are relatively cheap < $15) https://www.readymaderc.com/store/index....ts_id=5018
Note: If your current Rx already has a satellite, you can use just the satellite.
To use a satellite, your FC will need to deliver 3.3V (most do). Even though you don't need/want FPV or OSD now, you might in the future, and it won't hurt to have it available. The Omnibus is fine, but I would go for the Betaflight F3. If your Racerstar ESCs are individual (not 4-in-1), you'll have no problem wiring them to the Betaflight F3 and ditching your cheap PDB. The BFF3 is available from several places, but most are currently out of stock. FPV model predicts availability June 19 (yesterday), and they are a sponsor of this forum so I would pre-order from them. https://www.fpvmodel.com/betaflightf3-fl...g1231.html
I have an omnibus F4 in my build and it has been fine for me. The only issue I ran into was I didn't hook up OSD or telemetry correctly but that was because I didn't have any instructions and telmetry I misunderstood, and OSD I gave up on. Next build I'll know better. In general it's been a good flight controller for me though.
Also, are you going with cleanflight because you have a preference for it over betaflight or just because you want extra stability? If it's for stability I believe it's the release just before the most current one that most folks were telling me was very reliable (so 3.1.6?). Either way I just point it out because both are good flight controller software

lol very funny... I wouldn't have even noticed the typo if it wasn't for this one.

Check the voltage on the LiPo (G +) terminals, I'm guessing they're full voltage. Handy for connecting BECs, LEDs, etc. By your diagram, the FC is already powered by the 5V supply.

This is where I wired mine.
Note: You DO need to wire this to get voltage monitoring. Also, you might check this RCG thread for info about the built in regulator on the Flip32 F4. https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthre...-F4-Thread Lots of other good info there as well.

Thank you for checking my work.
