Fatshark Receiver Module Portable Display
#31
Great project, I had in mind since a while pretty same idea but not realized yet, your project gives me motivation to restart it again!

One question: I checked the modules you selected and it seems to me there is no protection to prevent full discharge of the battery
in case accidentally leave the switch on, is it correct? What do you think about it?

I want to give the monitor to other people when I am flying so they can see FPV camera content, and other people may not pay attention to battery level or switch it off
if display goes black.

There is no protection to full discharge.
Solution is, well, don't leave it power on overnight! LOL
I guess you could add some sort of buzzer when voltage drops too low, but i've been using it for over a year and never had this problem myself.

Hello guys,
Is there an alternative to the display used in this tutorial?  I have all the parts ready but the display have been out of stock for a long time.  Any alternative that would fit on the V2 case with the VRx module on top?

Thanks.

I can't guarantee it, but this looks awfully similar.

I started sourcing parts to build this as well, but I would like to change a few things. Is there any chance to get access to the actual source files? Modifying STL isn't always the best.
