I have this f4 and wondering if it's possible to connect a gps?

 13-Feb-2019, 02:22 PM There are numerous versions of the Omnibus board plus a ton of clones so it would be good if you could post a link to the actual one you have. That said though, as long as you have a spare unused UART available with pads on the board then yes, you can connect up a GPS module to it.  13-Feb-2019, 03:05 PM It also depends on your intended purpose. If you just want to have Betaflight rescue mode, basically any F4 flight controller will work as you only need a spare UART for a micro GPS module. But if you want full GPS with compass and running iNav, you'll need a flight controller with a I2C bus (you'll know as it will have pads marked SLC & SDA for compass).
