Lost OSD question

Recently my tinyhawk freestyle had a fall… and I lost my OSD.. not the end of the world but as I plugged the fc into betaflight to copy my rates… I noticed there was no “video” tab in the top right corner in the PID tab.. meaning there was no selection of “Pal NTSC or auto.
Not having this in betaflight a possible indicator of loosing the osd chip on the fc?

Plug the LiPo in first and let the FC fully boot up. Then plug in the USB cable and connect to Betaflight Configurator. Then check to see if the Video Format settings are then present in the OSD tab.
