Hello I recently got new FC for my mian quad, because my omnibus corner have problem with gyro connection. I solder everything and I looks good, but I can get TX works. I Have TX1/3/6 but cant get TX signal from any of them. Any tips how to get where the TX is connected? Im running SBUS.. Here is the link for FC https://www.banggood.com/F4-FLAME-Race-S...rehouse=CN • Posts: 1,773 Threads: 30 Likes Received: 1,199 in 755 posts Likes Given: 714 Joined: Oct 2016 Reputation: 45 You're saying TX, but are you really asking how your receiver is connected to the flight controller? • Posts: 228 Threads: 44 Likes Received: 147 in 81 posts Likes Given: 50 Joined: Dec 2017 Reputation: 2 (12-Feb-2018, 06:11 PM)RENOV8R Wrote: You're saying TX, but are you really asking how your receiver is connected to the flight controller? Hi, What kind of RX do you have? Some screen shot from your betaflight settings would be also helpful. If you would like to use FrSky SBUS receiver connect the reciver to UART1 (only UART1 has built in inverter for FrSky SBUS) and the following settings are needed in betaflight configurator. On Ports tab you have to select UART1 and enable the Serial RX. The next step is in Configuration tab select Serial Based Receiver for Receiver mode and SBUS for Serial Receiver Provider. OKey, so sry for the rush post before. Ill sumarize this better now I have R-XSR Its in SBUS mode binded with my radio. I solder everything as shows this picture. In betaflight COnfiguration I have selected Serial based receiver And SBUS I tried set RX on every UART In fact I have 1/3/6 nothing works Here is screen of ports. Hope I cover all needed info • Posts: 1,504 Threads: 83 Likes Received: 944 in 654 posts Likes Given: 2,142 Joined: Sep 2016 Reputation: 24 I can't see the screenshot of your ports tab, maybe it's just me? Its the same as picture from the manual Receiver is connected to 5v GND Sbus. Receiver is normally turn on after power up the quad. How I can test if the signal comes out from receiver with multimetter? • Posts: 228 Threads: 44 Likes Received: 147 in 81 posts Likes Given: 50 Joined: Dec 2017 Reputation: 2 And Receiver is swtiched in sbus mode, confirmed with still blue led on it • Posts: 228 Threads: 44 Likes Received: 147 in 81 posts Likes Given: 50 Joined: Dec 2017 Reputation: 2 13-Feb-2018, 12:35 AM But if I look closer.. The TXRX 1/3/6 is somwhere else.. look on this pic.. uart 1 is left down uart3 and 6 is top So what I should configure to BF O__O • Posts: 5,322 Threads: 673 Likes Received: 3,159 in 1,747 posts Likes Given: 2,032 Joined: Jan 2016 Reputation: 139 After some reading, i think UART1 is the port for your RX. You must not use RX1 pin on the board as it doesn't have an inverter... you have to use the dedicated SBUS pin. Make sure you connected the right pin on the RX? I think Tom is right, it's best to post a picture of your RX and FC to confirm your connection is correct... just to be safe. Last thing to check i can think of is SBUS_INVERSION in CLI... it's should be on? • Posts: 228 Threads: 44 Likes Received: 147 in 81 posts Likes Given: 50 Joined: Dec 2017 Reputation: 2 (13-Feb-2018, 01:20 AM)Oscar Wrote: After some reading, i think UART1 is the port for your RX. Sbus_inversion had nothing to do with F4. It only works for F3. About halfway down https://github.com/betaflight/betaflight...I-commands • |
