ESC working but motor not spinning

I am using an HGLRC specter 60A esc with BLheli_s but i am not able to arm the motors or get them to spin from blhelisuite configurator from the motors section

Lipo plugged in?

If it is and no motors will spin, but the ESC will connect to BLHeli or Betaflight. I would say the ESC is probably broken. If it was one motor that didn't spin you could swap the motor with another working motor to work out if the problem was the motor or ESC. But if no motors are spinning then the ESC/4in1 is likely the problem.
