65 The ESC on KT-210 is fine, but I am now building out the KT-Mini 210+ and am starting to consider shifting from 4-in-1's to singles. I am going to be flying the RCX 2206 motors and 25 or 30 amp units will be used. This will mean weight on the arms, but also a much shorter stack.
Any suggestion on a good brand of inexpensive ones? Any I should stay away from?
I was looking at these:
FuriBee BLHeli - S 30A DShot Brushless ESC SoCal Kaity :D
OMG, no one told me it would be this much fun! Addicted :)

24 26-Dec-2017, 07:34 AM (This post was last modified: 26-Dec-2017, 07:36 AM by Tom BD Bad.) Wow they are super cheap, under $25 for a set of 4 30A, looking pretty unbeatable!
I saw the HolyBro Kopis ESC's, 2-6S, BL_Heli32 and Dshot 1200 capable. They are over twice the price though at $13.99 each, Stats say they are 29g, I guess they are missing the 'point'! Sorry, bad pun!

45 I try not to skimp on ESCs, they just don't seem to last very long. For an extra couple bucks my 2 favorites are Emax Bullets if its a tight build and DYS XSD if size doesn't matter.

4 Drone Mesh (channel link) has done a lot of noise testing on ESCs which affects video noise as well as flight performance and reliability. Very useful resource.
