I have DJI goggles v2 and the remote controller v2. I am looking to get a DJI air unit or caddx vista or some digital system for a new quad, but from my research the controller and goggles I have are not compatible at the same time, one or the other only. I also have a flysky Transmitter and receiver, so would I be able to use my v2 goggles with a DJI air unit and connect an outside flysky receiver to the quad?

The DJI Remote Controller v2 will work with the O3 air unit, for the OG air unit/vista it will only work with the older DJI Remote Controller. If your flight controller has enough UARTs (most should) then you can connect any separate receiver, in your case Flysky. In that case you may need to disconnect the SBUS wire to the vista/OG air unit depending on your FC.
