I have an imprecision of 0.2mm at the center, especially when it cut hard stuff, as CF 6K. But for quad frame it's enough, so I can break arms, I'll cut spare ones. I flew this week like 10 packs, crashed a lot on grass ground, nothing break. But a little bit heavy, when I'll get better flying LOS skills, I'll fly 4S for sure. So, working on hard 6K CF only few time. Consider getting true bit. It tooks me maybe 2 months in spare time learning how to, you can do it too Yes I can share my 3d file for the CNC structure (but they are not bluprint at all) I found many inspirations onto internet, I'll share some in a few days here. Frame with fastener and sport-cam mount is around 128g. LOL Yes I could, why not The only problem with brushed motor, is I cannot garanty to deliver exact 8.5mm diameter holes, accuracy of 0.2mm to 0.4mm, so the mounting should be with some rubber or other. The link you have listed gives the option for 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and 16mm. Best things are "square" railing for something that get some push on it. Tubing like that are for 3d printer.
