0 I have a new Radiomaster Tx16. I started a new model copying pre-made “Quad” settings. I noticed the inputs have a custom CNT curve on all but throttle inputs. The CNT refers to CV32 curve setting of -100,-1,1,100 points. Is this normal to fly with input curves? Or should the inputs be linear with 0% curve? Appreciate the help. Thanks!

118 I would avoid flying with any curves on the inputs. Some people do apply a curve on the throttle to help with hovering but this becomes a pain when flying different models.

0 I did more searching and found Radiomasters inputs (Ail, Ele, Rud) all come with default input curve "CNT" (-100,-1,1-100) set. Im told it need to be there to offset Radiomaster stick center. If you have a Radiomaster TX16S and scroll to your input tab, you'll see "CNT" next to Ail, Ele, and Rud. "CNT" refers to curve preset CV32. Short answer, it is normal.

118 That does not make sense.
You can calibrate your sticks using the stick calibration function in OpenTX.
I do not have a RadioMaster TX16S and hopefully someone else can confirm.

0 I finally got a response from Radiomaster regarding default input curves.
"The default curve is set to handle the slight wobble of the neutral point of the joystick, which is equivalent to adding a little deadband."
