But yeah, I thought buying a crimper tool would be a great solution, but trying to crimp this sized plug is too difficult for me as well, I have better luck soldering. Still my first choice is just to get plugged motors at least for the micro size.

Yeah I watched a few videos on how to desolder the connectors but that's pretty risky business. Can be done but I would need practice. 

I wonder how they crimp the plugs at the factory. They must be machine crimped and not hand crimped.
