Does anybody know if I can change the Frsky Receiver with an Tbs Crossfire nano Tx on a GEPRC Rocket Lite?

I'm looking to get my first drone, GEPRC Rocket Lite:

I'm in Europe so I want to get it from CZ (Czech Republic) but the TBS Crossfire version is not in stock. I have the TBS Tango 2 and a Tbs Crossfire nano Tx on the way.

Yes you can. You just need to de-solder the FrSky receiver and solder in a Crossfire Nano RX. In fact, I would just get the PNP version with no receiver and save yourself some money. Then you just need to solder in a Crossfire Nano RX without needing to remove anything (plus configuration changes in Betaflight Configurator of course).

Unfortunately the pnp version is not in stock in CZ

Ah, OK. I failed to check the stock levels. Just do as you said then and get the FrSky XM+ version which is the cheapest option, then replace it with the Crossfire Nano RX along with Betaflight configuration changes.
