Another use for your printer!... :)
#1
While looking for different ways of lighting the inside of my printer electronics enclosure I stumbled upon fcob flexible led strips. Easy peasy + & - pads to interconnect strips/components, etc. One example found:

All sorts of stuff is possible and everything is readily available @ Amazon from what I’ve seen: cob strips, dimmers, motion sensors with timers, etc... I will be grabbing 24v from the printer power supply, but they have these cob strips in 5v & 12v too. They don’t require much juice and hopefully will be reliable?...

So, anyone fiddle with these much?

So... say you get a long strip like:

Lamomo LED Strip Lights, 32.8Ft White Neon Led Rope Lights, 0.65in/Cut DIY Flexible Silicone Waterproof 24V Led Light Strip for Bedroom,Indoor, Vanity Mirror, Kitchen(Power Adapter not Included)

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CGHT8LV7

...and have a small gob left over... you can use even tiny strips very nicely:

Put it exactly where you want, print a holder if necessary...
