Yep...and this is why we all lost the 0-400 foot airspace to commercial entities. There was value there that could not be tapped under the old rules, so everyone is rewriting things.

I guess it feels like maybe a good thing. With drones zipping around all over dropping stuff off, people will be so used to them they will likely be less attentive. Also, I am sure there will be a crazy number of codgers that will be calling the authorities every time a "damn drone flew 2 feet over my head" that they will become wary of even attempting to respond.

Let's just hope nothing bad happens and turned into another "self-driving car killing people" situation! Or it would only make the name worse than it already is.
