4 23-Jan-2024, 06:01 AM (This post was last modified: 23-Jan-2024, 06:02 AM by husafreak.) I just put one in a V2 Carnage 3.5 (cncmadness.com) with Walksnail VTX (there is a Carnage 4.0 as well) Did a build thread here. It's a nice board!

20 23-Jan-2024, 12:38 PM (This post was last modified: 23-Jan-2024, 12:39 PM by Rob Axel.) .. this is one of the “frustrations” of quad building.. component fitting… you can’t go by mounting pattern, you have to have a layout of ALL components your gonna use before anything..
example: HDzero 1w vtx it shows 30x30 mounting but it’s a “chunky girl” and stuff hangs out..this too can also cause issues..A lot of manufactures are going to “plugs” on boards, minimizing breakout pads. So your wiring layout comes into play also..
It kinda sucks, getting all the components you like to include the frame, start the build and realize not everything is gonna “fit”, and now you have to make a decision… do I change the frame? Component?
I’ve been known to literally build a quad around a camera (cadxx baby ratel)..it was a PITA, but worth it..
Having a 3d printer helps, design/print “adapter” mounts at the drop of a hat doesn’t hurt either..

3 Good carbon, would get it with the T700 option for sure! ...on whatever frame you end up deciding on.
