35mm Bi-Blade Prop 1mm Shaft
#1
I have been looking everywhere and can't seem to find any. Is anyone aware of any companies making them?

Not seen any 35mm in bi blade, ever. Three and four blade props, yeah, but not bi blades. Even BetaFPV don't have any bi blades for that size.

So I looked at HQ and GF websites and neither do a 35mm bi blade. I'm not sure they exist, from what small amount of research i've done, at least they don't seem to be made by the top two manufacturers.

I'm sorry it's aliexpress mate, also 0.8mm shaft but alas I'm good to give 'em a go.   Will report back when I get them.

Only other way i can see is to buy some 40mm and trim 5mm off them. i don't think a perfect answer exists. Is there a reason you don't want to use tri blades?

Prolly because of the load it has on the 0702 motors, 65mm setups seem to favour high kv, biblade pairing. That appears to be the only way to get decent acceleration. I've noticed the triblade 35mm props are "slow" to spin up on 30000kv motors. Keen to try biblades for this reason.

There is a 4-bladed 35mm/1mm prop. You could potentially cut off the two extra blades, and if you can do it flush against the hub it should hopefully keep the prop balanced. Otherwise there are some DIY rigs for trimming down props evenly, but not sure how well they would work on such a tiny blade.

Thank you everybody for checking.

Removing two blades from a four blade prop was going to be my last solution. I do have some 35mm four blade, 1mm shaft props here. I have done this before on a different sized prop. A Dremel tool will clean it down to the hub to keep it, balanced.

Well the 35mm quad blade props I have here are by HQ and like BetaFPV warns, only Gemfam props will fit this frame (Meteor65 Pro). All the others are too big. They are right as these props are a little too big.

I may try the tri-blades as I am a casual flier and have had no problems in the past running undersized esc's.

Its still to short blade in my eyes, benefits from biblades would come on low weight, but we cant build thatblighteight actual.
I believe tri and fourblade does work better.

The only benefit for biblades might be topspeed in theory, the motor would be able to spin a high pitch on biblades to high rpms.

Brett, I got those 35mm bi-blades in the mail today.  They do fit the ducts just fine thankfully.  They are for a 0.8mm shaft which is for brushed motors I believe.  I had to ream them out a bit with some needle tweezers to fit.   Then put some dental floss because I reamed them out too much!   They are thin and very light but a bit flimsy.   I will test and let you know how I go.  Cheap and good for a try out hack.

I was looking for these for a Meteor65 Pro build and have since flown it on the tri-blades and it flies fine and the motors do not get hot so I do not need to try the bi-blades. But thanks for the update.
I am getting five minutes of casual flying on a 300mAh folded cell battery.
