Power supply need fresh air for cooling internal components; if you put them into tight enclosure, lifespan can be significantly reduced.

For me, better solution is something like this: https://www.printables.com/model/160564-rs-150-24-cover
Dangerous contacts are covered - protected, but airflow is maintained.

.. yeah, if it’s “waterproof” that means it is air-tight.. u want a good amount of air flow over those components..
It not like ur gonna be charging out in the rain..
I have seen a couple impressive “charging cases” that have a power supply inside, but also have multiple fans to keep things cool.

Drilling some holes in the case cover right above the fan and
maybe some in the back side of the lower case. That way air
could get in from the back and the fan would blow it out the
top. Just a thought... Thinking
