just a 4mn walk, the cars are at the end of the plain.
it's a protected area in the forest of Fontainebleau (you may know this another big french castle),
we've deal a trust contract with forest & water affairs.

The thing about really high voltage lines like those and a quad isn't that your quad would (initially) damage the cable, the problem starts when you manage to get your quad stuck on one of the cables.

Because of the extremely high voltage and the fact that the quad is conductive and has pointy bits on it, a quad hanging from the power line will cause a corona discharge from the cable. (Wikipedia Link)

The corona discharge created by the quad will cause a measurable loss on the line which the operator will notice. When they investigate and find your quad hanging from the line, you can bet that they'll come after you for the cost of finding it and removing it. It's quite possible that the corona discharge will also cause the quad to burn, and if that happens, it can actually damage the cable. Replacing the cable and the associated down time would also be added to the bill!

There's enough in your video for someone who knows the area to recognise where you are and, of course, YouTube knows who you are and where you live. So even if you've not created a problem yet, the fact that you are flying (very well, I have to add) around the cables may in itself be illegal where you live and your video is proof of your crime.

When you hear about things like some of the Rotor Riot guys getting arrested for trespass based on videos that they published six months before the law decided to go after them, I'd say that your video is unwise to put it mildly.

So, it's up to you what you want to do and what risks you want to take and I'm not telling you what you should or shouldn't do. All I'm doing is pointing out that what you're doing in that video isn't without risk and the fact that you uploaded the video is good enough proof to use against you if the worst was to happen.

Here is my video submission for the Runcam 3 contest, I feel very natural flying upside down. I have to consciously tell myself to fly straight or it makes the video unpleasant to the eye. This location was also very intimidating, these trees were large and i didn't have any retrieval gear. This was also flown on 5S batteries and high kv emax motors, enjoy the ride!!!!

LoL don't worry too much, that inverted flying is more relaxing than the flippidy-dippidy stuff of certain fameous pilots imho...

btw, @Oscar, had another idea for prize sponsors - have you ever thought about trying to get video editing software sponsors? Like for example for Sony Vegas, Adobe or Premiere tools or similar would be cool EDIT: VERY cool!

theres still time and the competition is steep lol. I've been thinking of giving away one of my brushed micros after I am done writing a review for the SPC90 I just received. Be a good way to promote my Youtube channel, get people on the forums and also be giving back to the community. Also Gearbest has given me a challenge if I hit 500 subs on my channel they will sponsor a giveaway  (still a far way off lol)

 I'm fairly inexperienced when it comes to video editing and really look forward to getting into it more.
