Velocidrone anywhere.

It all started with building a little box to use my TX wirelessly with BF 3.4 and expanded to include the video feed.  Put a cheap F4 into a project box with a XM RX and went one step further.  I had an old VTX lying around and just needed a cheap HDMI to analog converter off Amazon for $10 and now I can recline in the living room and fly using my Fatsharks and TX.  No excuse to practice now.

I'd rather be flying!

All in one box now.  VTX is on 25mw and hasn't burned up yet.  Might put a few holes above it to let some heat out.

That's what I had going but I hated the cable hanging and being tethered to one spot.  Now I'm mobile. Smile

That's a nice sim setup! Smile
How about powering it all from the USB? Dunno about the particular FC, but I remember that my old Omnibus clone was able to power the receiver and VTX on 25mW just from the USB port connected to my laptop.
