In the video, I see that the drone can definitely fly upwards, so I think that the problem can be solved. You need to remove the gaskets and screw the Arms tightly to the carbon. Do it - post a photo. Show a photo of how the flight controller is attached. Link to the frame itself?

Unless you paid less than $50 for this quad you've unfortunately been conned / duped by the seller. It's blatantly clear that this quad was only sold because it had some fundamental issues and/or damage. Assuming that these issues weren't declared in the for-sale listing, I would be demanding my money back and if the seller didn't oblige, I would then be naming and shaming them in forums and on social media. It's sad that there seems to be so many scammers in this world.

Based on what you’ve just said, you have pretty much isolated the frame as the problem.

You’ve replaced the flight controller and the electronic speed controllers, as well as the receiver.

Arms are straight or they’re not. If there’s a, “sometimes”, you’ve got a problem.

I’m gonna suggest a new frame again. Or, at least new arms.

Your arms shouldn’t have a “bow”. And you certainly shouldn’t be able to bend that out.

If you can, you’ve probably got some delamination or a crack- either one means you need some new arms or a new frame. You can’t fix a damaged frame with new electronics, and you can’t tune out the negative effects from a damaged frame.

I’ve edited this post multiple times to try to find a nice way to say this- Dude, buy a new frame.
Then put a fresh flash of betaflight on it.

You can use your same flight controller, electronic speed controllers, receiver, and motors.
But that frame needs to be thrown in the trash.
Dangerous operations.

Disclaimer: I don’t know wtf I’m talking about.
I wish I could get the smell of burnt electronics out of my nose.

Thanks for the photo, but you can't see the condition of the frame and how well the flight controller is attached.
