SPC Maker 110VT build starting -
#1
So I am in the garage looking for the case for my phone.  I am digging around and I spot an odd shaped plastic bag in another box.  What is this?  Oh my, a frame I bought long enough ago I forgot I bought it!  I think I bought it about a year ago as I kept destroying the Firer 110 frames.

Anaway, this is what it is Smile

Will be building this out, but not sure what I want to do with it.  I honestly cannot remember why I bought the frame in the first place...

Anyway, I will keep it 2", though it could likely fit 2.5" props.  Considering 1107 motors and 20A esc...not decided.  Would like to use an F7 FC and have been considering an R9MM RX.

Just sort of figuring out how to build it out.

It looks very tall!  Where are you planning to put the battery -- top or bottom?

Looking forward to it coming together. The little ones are my favorite.

It is tall enough to fit a triple stack with enough space for a R9 Slim+ Wink

Totally what I thought VooDoo!

Bottom...I was looking at the frame and bottom pack seems like the best option.  I have better luck with bottom mounting.

I feel you may be right!!! Heart

It just went on the build list.

I am thinking a 20A 4in1 ESC turning 1106 motors would complete the stack.

Likely an Eachine VTX-03 for vid.  Super small and I can mount it up under the top plate.  My Predator Micro will work as the camera.  I have gotten over 700m with this setup on The Bug.

You can order the Radix Li with the Spedix IS 25 4-in-1 ESC.  Very nice combo, I just received these yesterday

I think that is the way I will take the build.  Question regarding the ESC board, what is its native motor solder point orientation?  Do the pads point out of the sides, or are they fore and aft like the HGLRC's?

I know motor order can be remapped regardless, just curious.

Found an old F4 FC and XM+!  Another couple of components that can .  I also found a 10A 4in1 ESC board, but that is too low for the 1106 motors.

I have three Dragonfly motors that appear to be good.  Need to order one more I guess.  Was considering the Emax 1106's, but would like to use what I have collecting dust.
