Currently I have FPort runs on a tx pin in like a half duplex bi-directional serial mode. But, I was just wondering if it's possible for the rx pin to run f-port? The reason is, many FCs only break out the rx pin on the receiver uart... but that's useless with f-port.

I think you can use rx-only fport, it won't have telemetry, but will have RSSI. Have to set `set serialrx_halfduplex = off`

Ah, I kinda want the telemetry... that's my motivation for using it in the first place. Control + telemetry over a single uart...

Not sure if you can do this on an F4 or F7 but in the F0 and F3 you can swap RX and TX. Probably not implemented in BF (yet).

I don't think that's possible.

All you can do is enable halfduplex for TX pin to operate as either Rx or Tx or both, but you can't do the same for the RX pin.
