Repair broken XR602T-A
#1
I had 3 cases of broken CrossoverRC XR602T-A FlySky receiver. Over the last year.

1. Interrupted flash. LEDs flash blue+red at same time. Managed to fix it by using new MXO Crossover Configurator Tool.
First I got the firmware by hooking up good receiver to CP2102 and using Fiddler to get the 54_[1].mxo firmware, and leaving tool with Firmware tab available. Then hooking up broken receiver, I was able to do offline flash, and it WORKS.

(this month)
2. Its dead jim. No LED nothing. Maybe one crash too many. I'm guessing some fuse or diode blew. I'm using it for spare parts.

3. Both red and blue led long flash. Holding bind, it always goes to solid blue (ie firmware mode).
Old flash utility detects firmware, and can flash 2.02, but old one cannot connect.

I hot air removed the big ESP chip from board #2 and put on #3. Same.
I hot air removed the RF chip chip near wires, from #2 and put on #3. It's now showing red LED! progress.
The new Configurator recognizes it, and I can flash it to 2.05

BUT.. It wont bind.

So, what are the next steps. What do you think?
Something in me says if the Configurator can see the receiver, the ESP should be OK.

Hot air the transceiver PA next to the antenna?

Put the original ESP chip back?

I'm guessing the RF signal is not getting out...?
