I placed an order from ready to fly quads and they still did not send my shipment and they do not reply to emails.

Can you please advise?

I am not able to post replies on the other thread. I don't know why.

I did contact my credit card company and waiting for their reply.  In the meantime I will try to aware others not buying from this company as much as I can
or they will lose their money.

Although I looked at the website, and it's scary to even contemplate spending money there. I don't think many people would anyway. That's proly why they aren't answering, they never had anyone try contacting them

If you paid with credit card that would be the best way. Contact your card provider and tell them that the site is refusing to send your order or refund your money.

Yikes, I looked at their website and I’d say it’s horribly outdated. The prices are way way to low and look at all the single ESC’s and no 4-1’s. That’s very suspicious.

Oh man, I know this is the last thing you want to hear but RTFQ has been around forever. Yes, their communication sucks. Yes, you'll get your package in a week or a month, you just never know. But they are a legit business. With that said, that really sucks they are at least not calling you back.

I can try to call them if you like but I would not count on a positive response assuming they even pick up the phone. You can pm me your order details if you like. I just hate seeing people go through things like this cos I know how annoying it can be.

I would just get your money back from your credit card provider and order from somewhere else.

RaceDayQuads.com is also in Florida and are a very good business.

This man is still lying to me. He send me a USPS tracking number but has never sent the items. I aware you! Do not buy from this fake supplier.

I agree with the.ronin.  I have purchased items from RTFQ and went through exactly what you are, but the items finally arrived. And I have also ordered and received item in less that a week....go figure. It seems to me to be a one man show run in his spare time. I like the availability of the wire and connectors. I have ordered FC's and he has flashed whatever version i wanted at no extra charge.

This guy I a big thief. I will ask my friend in USA to sew him.
Already my credit card issuer is following the problem.
