I placed an order from ready to fly quads and they still did not send my shipment and they do not reply to emails.

Can you please advise?

How long is it since you placed the order?

Have you tried to phone them on the number listed on their contact page?

One statement of concern at the top of their website is the following:

"PLEASE EXPECT SOME DELAY IN TESTING FOR JULY 2021.. ALL FLIGHT CONTROLLERS FLASHED AND TESTED WITH NEWEST FIRMWRE BEFORE SHIPPING, DEPARTING FROM FLORIDA"

Well July was 3 months ago so why haven't they removed that statement now?

If you get no answer from the phone number and it is more than a couple of weeks since you ordered and you paid by Credit Card then I would contact your credit card provider.

I placed the order from about two month.

I shall certainly contact my credit card provider and sew him.

I recognized the same issue with others on this forum.

Two months is definitely too long, especially with radio silence from both email and phone calls. Depending on how much the order was for, you should be able to get the money back from your credit card company.

At the bottom of the ReadyToFly website they also have "© 2015 ReadyToFlyQuads" stated which is always worrying because any active website maintainer would keep the copyright information up-to-date and not leave a 6 year old date there.

I think this is probably one vendor for people to steer well clear of in future.

I live on the opposite coast, but often buy from them because they have GREAT customer service, and a good inventory.

No I am not sponsored by them, just a happy customer.

Eh ... RTFQ has been around since FPV time immemorial. And since that time, they have consistently been inconsistent with their customer service. Nothing wrong with their products. In fact a resident LR guru would swear by one of their GPS modules. Just their customer service ... yea not so much.

(For what it's worth though, I've had email communications with them many times in the past so they do, or did, communicate.)

[edit] this ought to be moved to the vendor subforum to get more visibility.

I really am looking forward to return back my 450USD back from them. I would certainly look for other vendors.
