I'm still a bit confused as to what it is you're trying to ascertain. The "Blackbox" configuration "Other Feature" switch was removed from Betaflight Configurator some time ago and switching the Blackbox logging option on or off is now done within the Blackbox tab. The below screenshots are for my own quad which is running Betaflight 4.0.2 and uses the MATEKF405 target like yours. All screenshots below are with the default Betaflight settings applied, so the same as a brand new fresh flash of the firmware. Click on the pictures if you want a full size view.
This is where you now turn Blackbox logging off, or turn it on using an appropriate media option. In the case of the Matek F405 as per the screenshot below, selecting either the "SD Card" or a "Serial Port" will switch logging on. Boards without an SD card slot will have "Onboard Flash" as an option in place of "SD Card"...
And to add Blackbox on a switch you just need to click the "Add Range" button under the "Blackbox" mode. The "Add Link" button is for linking modes together in some way (I've not really looked into it) which is a new feature in Betaflight 4.x so don't click on that. You only need to add a range, not a link. Below shows how to add Blackbox logging as a mode on a switch. I still don't understand why you would ever want to set up logging on a switch though. Just leave it permanently switched on. Doing so takes up virtually no additional CPU load on the F4 and F7 boards.
