Just wanted to introduce myself, Meat-N-BunsOnly. I’m so new that I don’t even have a quadcopter except for a SNAPTAIN SP350. Need to get my hands on my first legit Radio Controller so I can start on a simulator. That’s it for now. There’ll be more once I start digging deeper into the hobby.

Dangerous operations.

Disclaimer: I don’t know wtf I’m talking about.

Well, you could buy something cheap now, then buy a better transmitter
down the road. OR  You could go ahead and get a good universal transmitter
with a full size JR bay and pretty much be done with it; something like the
RadioMaster TX16S MK II which will accommodate pretty much any
protocol.

If you have the budget, then it won't matter since you will have money
for a better transmitter later on. If you are on a tight budget, then I would
carefully consider spending money on anything until you have done some
research and sort of figured out what direction you want to go in.

I would suggest doing a little research BEFORE you buy ANYTHING.
