I just saw on Facebook that MotoLab is doing a new F3 flight controller called Cyclone F3... looks like a updated version of Tornado.
The integrated 5V 600mA voltage regulator will allow you to power the flight controller directly from 2-6S LiPo battery, as well as your receiver.
You will be able to run the Betaflight firmware on the Cyclone and have gyro working at 2KHz. As well as raceflight i think.
BLHeli Suite Passthrough should work to flash your BLHeli ESCs, while connected to the flight controller. Additional the Cyclone has 3 hardware UART ports, onboard 5V/12V buzzer driver and serial LED interface.
Supported Receiver types:
Don't know when it will be released yet but will be sold by imulserc i think.
- STM32 F3 72Mhz MCU
- 5V 600mA voltage regulator
