More speedybee f405 v3 fc help!!!!

My speedybee fc when powered by lipo or usb c does not connect but still receives power to my 03 air unit, gps and buzzer but I don't get last 2 fc beeps and no fc led. I do get the power led and the battery meter led light up. Is this fixable or no ? Usb fell off pretty easy also but I can place it on there pretty easy to get a connection. Thanks in advance to anyone who tries to help.

The last two beeps indicates throttle signal is detected and throttle at zero. Sounds like you are not bound or your radio is off.
