i have that runcam2 and a split cam with a board where the connector broke away. 

the cam cable of the split looks the same as the one of the runcam 2. is there maybe a known standart? would it be possible to use the cam of the split on the electronics of the runcam2?

If you're using the mobile device view then there is a long blue "Subscribe to this thread" button at the bottom of the thread. If you're using the desktop view, at the bottom of the thread on the left you will find a "Subscribe to this thread" link

I have a busted split in the parts bin (not sure if it was the 1 or 2, but has the daughter wifi board). If you are stateside be happy to send you the remnants, the cable should still be good.

the runcam 2 works, im just looking for the possibility to use the loong cam wire and the cam of the split, as that would give some mounting options.

i hope runcam does use the same layouts for their connectors, i might try it and risk the rc2 :-) hopefully it works - i will post my results
