Do you know if it has the ability to display internal resistance? https://www.getfpv.com/isdt-d2-smart-bal...gKwNvD_BwE • Posts: 3,288 Threads: 129 Likes Received: 2,740 in 1,644 posts Likes Given: 2,969 Joined: Apr 2017 Reputation: 65 I have the 608 and it does, so I would assume that the D2, considered an upgrade, can as well. OMG, you can shut off the beeper...I want one! SoCal Kaity :D OMG, no one told me it would be this much fun! OMG, you can shut off the beeper...I want one! I looked at the manual and it wasn't clear if it displayed the readings or only made a check. My current charger, no pun intended, checks resistance, but doesn't display it. I would like to see the reading for myself. That way I can chart it to keep better tabs on the battery life. So, you're happy with the ISDT brand then? I have had my Hyperion for over 10 years now and it has never missed a beat. Hard to change brands when it has been such a good charger. But technology marches on and the ISDT D2 does so much more.... • Posts: 3,288 Threads: 129 Likes Received: 2,740 in 1,644 posts Likes Given: 2,969 Joined: Apr 2017 Reputation: 65 I am totally happy with ISDT! I have the 608, which is my primary charger and also an old B6 that keeps on charging packs as well. I really like the ISDT better, easier to use with the scroll wheel on the side. Solid construction and flawless performance...the only issue I have with the 608 is the incessant beeping! SoCal Kaity :D OMG, no one told me it would be this much fun! The Q6 Plus shows internal resistance while charging, and it looks like the same firmware as the D2. Most of the big players on YouTube have already reviewed it. Posts: 1,013 Threads: 11 Likes Received: 452 in 349 posts Likes Given: 372 Joined: Dec 2017 Reputation: 16 Love my little ISDT as well. Never has let me down. My only issue with that model is its A/C only. No field charging with it unless you have a generator or portable A/C power pack of some kind. I have a converted PC power supply for A/C charging at home and then take a couple of gel cells into the field to charge if I want. So far I'm happy with it, but I need to do some mods, i.e. convert the battery connections from XT60s to Deans, and get some balance boards. A little surprised there aren't memory channels. You have to program it for each battery size and type every time you change batteries out. Even my 8 year old Hyperion has memory slots. But other than that it looks like a solid little charger, and very compact. It will be nice to charge/discharge 3 batteries at a time instead of only one. • Posts: 438 Threads: 63 Likes Received: 93 in 70 posts Likes Given: 26 Joined: Jul 2017 Reputation: 1 I just got the Q6 Pro.
