Intro + Yaw trouble
#1
Hello! My name is Ricky, I am very glad to be here. I am new to FPV quads but I already have quite a few and I’m loving it so far!!! I’m from the RC car world so wrenching is nothing new to me, it was a pretty easy transition once I realized what I was missing.

I’ve actually been on this forum a few times before but decided today is the day to get both feet in and create an account.

I’ve been having a headache with a Mark5, the only quad I have that’s brand new out of the box, I only added an ELRS receiver. The 2 main issues are the extremely crappy feed from the Caddx vista and also the right axis yaw. Since I already swapped out the vista for Walksnail the issue remains the right yaw.

I have tightened screws, re-flashed betaflight, the transmitter is fine on other quads.

I would like some help to get to the bottom of this one, please.

Thank you!!!

Welcome to the forum Cool

If you plug your quad into your computer via USB and connect it to Betaflight Configurator (with your transmitter switched OFF), does the image of the quad in the Setup tab show it slowly yawing if you leave the quad perfectly still on the table?
