would somebody have experience how to bind nazgul evoque to elrs remote?

I assume I would need to flash 4.3 betaflight. would you know which firmware can I use?

You can bind an ExpressLRS receiver without it even being connected to a flight controller, so the version of Betaflight installed on the FC is irrelevant for binding.

For an ELRS receiver to communicate with the FC you just need a firmware that supports the CRSF protocol. That is pretty much all firmware versions going right back to Betaflight 3.x and maybe even earlier.
