I have never liked the way Banggood conducts business. False reviews, fake lucky draws, fake discounts and sales. Useless coupons and points system. But let me tell you what just happened. I opened an affiliate account since I have a bit of a follow up here in Italy. Well, after spending an hour with this guy who wanted to start flying in fpv , after i generated links for like 10 products (radio, googles, quads, chargers and all you need , you know, to start), he used my links and he bought everything. He also sent me a screenshot of the multiple orders he made. Well the end of the story is that Banggod paid me only commission for ONE order (the Radio). I wrote to their "affiliate" team and guess what, they answered that the orders have been purchased with other people links , which is impossilbe since he placed the order LIVE on chat with me while i was copy \ paste him the links. So they lost me as affiliate and as VIP 5 client who spent 5000€ in 2020 on their site. They won't get one more Eur from me, i prefer to keep my money within EU or NA. • Posts: 21,213 Threads: 583 Likes Received: 8,946 in 6,620 posts Likes Given: 1,425 Joined: Jun 2018 Reputation: 786 02-Dec-2020, 01:03 PM (This post was last modified: 02-Dec-2020, 02:48 PM by SnowLeopardFPV. Edit Reason: Typo corrections. ) That joke of a company doesn't deserve anyone's money. That is now two VIP5 level customers they've lost from this forum alone, and at least one other member who already closed their B**g***d account. I used to order stuff from them nearly every month but I haven't spent a single dollar with them since June when they screwed me over on my $700 purchase. They once asked me to be a reviewer of their products LOL. I didn't bother responding to their request for that because I know how much of a SCAM that is too. You only need to watch Pawel's video on the subject to understand how they operate with regard to product reviews, to the point where I consider any reviews of B**g***d products to be FAKE where the reviewer has been sent the product for free. It really doesn't surprise me that they scammed you out of any affiliate link money you were owed. The more people that forfeit using B**g***d and deprive them of any money, the better. Unfortunately all the YouTube reviewers keep shilling their products in return for free items and affiliate link money which they may or may not get. If people must buy from China then please support some of the smaller businesses on AliExpress instead who are just trying to make an honest living. Obviously always pay by credit card just in case of any issues. Never pay by PayPal whose "payment protection" system is also another joke. </rant over> • Posts: 219 Threads: 42 Likes Received: 74 in 60 posts Likes Given: 120 Joined: Aug 2020 Reputation: 2 Maybe a comment after the YouTube reviews would be appropriate. I laughed when all the reviewers got RadioMaster TX16S radios with their names printed on the buttons. First, I am willing to bet the radios were hand checked before shipment since B**g G**d know exctly which reviewers were going to receive them. JB said that his Purple/Black radio was not even available as a color choice! They obviously watched some of his reviews and saw his color preference, and tailored a radio for him. Secondly, there is no way this stroking of their egos could have any affect on their reviews. They said so! • Posts: 932 Threads: 49 Likes Received: 192 in 157 posts Likes Given: 186 Joined: Jul 2020 Reputation: 11 We have become the product. • Posts: 6,099 Threads: 172 Likes Received: 2,283 in 1,830 posts Likes Given: 4,730 Joined: Feb 2019 Reputation: 100 03-Dec-2020, 11:49 AM (This post was last modified: 03-Dec-2020, 12:01 PM by hugnosed_bat.) there is no reason to get a different warranty from a "vip level", products should work even if its your first purchase. i can not understand why the "vip level" comes into the discussion. vip levels are just for marketing, they tell they provide different comunication options for vips, thats all, not more or less warranty. • Posts: 21,213 Threads: 583 Likes Received: 8,946 in 6,620 posts Likes Given: 1,425 Joined: Jun 2018 Reputation: 786 03-Dec-2020, 01:13 PM (This post was last modified: 03-Dec-2020, 01:14 PM by SnowLeopardFPV.) The VIP level effectively indicates the amount of money that you've spent with B**g***d. VIP5 is the highest level and shows that you've given them and obscene amount of money, but it means absolutely jack Whether you only ever spent $1 with them or $5000 with them, you still end up getting a kick in the face. I agree that everyone should receive the same level of support when it comes to needing customer service, but the fake VIP "importance levels" they hand out are all BS, as is their BS "points" system which you can virtually never use to get a discount anyway because there is always at least one item in your basket which is supposedly on "promo" (i.e. it's a fake promo) which then invalidates the use of any of your points for that particular order. • Posts: 6,099 Threads: 172 Likes Received: 2,283 in 1,830 posts Likes Given: 4,730 Joined: Feb 2019 Reputation: 100 03-Dec-2020, 02:00 PM (This post was last modified: 03-Dec-2020, 02:01 PM by hugnosed_bat.) i agree these systems are just fake, sadly there are costumers outthere doesnt have a need for products, have a need for a robbing-feeling, the need to get something less expensive than it should be has to much weight on the market. there is so much trash where people feel happy if they can spend a bit, the feeling of spend for something that isnt worse a penny comes after the next purchase and these costumers get a bigger need for the stolen-feeling as more trash they receive xD laughter about and tears • Posts: 58 Threads: 8 Likes Received: 1 in 1 posts Likes Given: 3 Joined: Apr 2020 Reputation: 0 Hi all I bought everything with them (yeps, lots of money and they are a bunch of ash*%&) @SnowLeopardFPV , I have read about your bad experiences with that company. If you ever wish to make collective pressure on them, consider me in. Is the least I can do after all your help. • |
