HGLRC-KT20 not taking off
#1
Hi,
I have this hglrc kt20 and it never worked properly.
right not it can't take off, full throttle up , props are spinning (and checked direction) and still wont come up....updated to the latest version of bluejay and beta flight with no luck, downgraded to stock (although I am on betaflight 4.2.x and cant seem to downgrade to 4.2, maybe thats the issue?).
How do I down grade to 4.2, should I be using an older version of betaflight?
anything else I can try?
I used a cli from the site and also checked a video comparing the betaflight settings.....
by the way, my friend have the same issue.

First thing is to make sure the batteries are OK, what are they charging to voltage wise?

Anyway, since its 1S, so low cost, the answer is just to buy a couple more

Are the props installed right-side up and with the prop screws? As this is a pusher setup, the motors are mounted upside down, so when pushing down the props they are actually installed upside down. If you hold the drone while armed, you should feel the props pushing air down and not up.

maybe this is the answer....It's a bit hard to tell if the props are correct or upside down.
I believe the text on the props should be facing up ?

Ok this is a nice way of testing it, will hold it while armed and test.

Yes in most cases, but the key is that they are pushing the air down and not up. If it is a heavy 4S, then you may need quite a bit of throttle before it can take off.

do you use a 4s 450mah-650mah battery?
