Hi can any one shy me light here


Can I use (Seams to be having hard time to get this to work) Frsky telemetry DJT type non smart port one to work with this board???

I use RS232 TTL converter it connects but no data coming out

Any one had success with it???

Smart port really is really the easiest way to do it. Alternatively on the F4 you have to make an inverter which is more complicated.

This page describes it at a high level but maybe someone can link to a more comprehensive explanation on how to make one as this doesn't really provide great instructions, just diagrams and an overview.

Edit, nevermind... now I see that you need that in order to use smartport x.x sheesh this thing really is a pain for telemetry isn't it?

Nope didn't work

I have even tried over UART1 coz its have hardware inverter still same no data coming to my radio

Loosing world to live with It

Connected 4S and thing went in to smoke mode

Omnibus done gone in bin !!!

I using TH9x with er9x firmware (Telemetry mod)
And using DJT module with D8r2 plus

I have back to F3 Board for now

Reason I got omnibus was Current sensor & OSD on board

But I have ordered PDB with OSD & Curren sensor on it ill see how it go
