Finder Beeper Flashes and makes noise
#1
After a crash which caused my capacitor to break off(attached to FC) my finder beeper LED is flashing and the beeper is making strange noise when I arm the motors. I had replaced the cap with a 220u 35v before I tried flying it again. At first I thought my props were hitting something, but when I pulled off my goggles and hovered I could tell it was the finder.  It also had interference in the video feed when I was flying. One time I landed the beeper would not stop buzzing.  Thinking the cap was the cause I pulled it off, but the beeper still made noise. I then swapped out the finder with an extra but it had the same symptoms.

This is a Flywoo Explorer LR4. Afraid that if I keep flying it something will fail at the worst possible time.

Update:
Looking at the flight controller it is missing one of the pins the connects to the ESC. Going to attempt soldering a jumper between the boards. If the smoke is released I guess it will be time for an upgrade.

Update 2:
Jumper did not make any change.

 Thanks,
Ed

Double check your wiring/solder joints on your finder/beeper? Both on the device itself and where it’s connected to power and the fc.
Dangerous operations.

I wish I could get the smell of burnt electronics out of my nose.

I was just about to remove the wires when I found the signal wire pinched under my VTX standoff. After fixing that issue my beeper no longer makes the noise.

Now I need to resolder my camera as all the moving around broke + - off the FC.

Thanks for the help Lemonyleprosy !
Thanks,
ED

Glad you got it sorted out!
Might want to check that wire to make sure nothing is exposed.
