I have a set of these and planning a new build. Are they still worth using or should I just retire them and get a modern set?

Lightweight build sure. My favorite quad to fly is using DYS SE1806 2550KV motors on a NewBeeDrone Flyby frame. Replacements might be hard to come by in the future though.
